  4. Service Provider Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance, support, and feedback.
    • Supply necessary resources as specified.

  5. Confidentiality

    • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the program.

  6. No Guarantees

    • The Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding the results of the program.
    • Success depends on the Client's own efforts and commitment.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    • The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
    • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.

  8. Governing Law

    • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario.
