In 2008,
Margaret’s love of human connection was shaken by the loss of her son, twin brother to her
daughter Lily, when he was just 3 days old. Rocked to her core, she immersed herself in
looking after Lily and running two companies, never taking the time she needed to heal
from her devastating loss. After a complete emotional breakdown and more personal
losses, Margaret realized that women can’t just make grief go away the way society expects
them to.

In 2020 she founded EVOLV coaching and made it her mission to help women
around the world become Unshakeable and find Joy again, so that they are no longer
defined or controlled by their past traumas. Her 2021 TEDx Talk opens the door to exploring
grief and inspired Margaret to develop a transformational methodology that guides women
in moving from messy, through functional, to empowered grief. Margaret’s transformative
journey of healing, coupled with her coaching expertise, has armed her with the tools to
empower women and teenage girls to embrace their unshakeable strength when navigating
life’s unpredictable challenges.
