For 13 years Shae helped grow The Invidiata Team alongside her father, Christopher Invidiata, an industry leader that has been #1 real estate team in Canada 13 times and #1 worldwide in 2007 + 2012, with collective sales of over $5 Billion. Over the years Shae has served as a Sales Representative and Manager of Operations at The Invidiata Team.
As a team of 20+ members, Shae contributed to the Invidiata luxury brand and their growth into the marketplace through high caliber of services and where luxury is brought to any price point. Invidiata has sold and listed some of Canada’s most exclusive and coveted properties ranging in value from $500,000 - $65,000,000
In June 2022, Shae joined eXp Realty, the fastest growing brokerage in the world with over 85,000 agents in 22 countries. Most impressively, eXp Realty is disrupting the traditional real estate model and bringing innovation to the industry, that through tech, AI and digital virtual spaces that are revolutionizing the industry.
Strongly believing in justice and giving back, Shae founded not-for-profit organization Free-Them in 2010, one of Canada’s leading Federal and Provincial Stakeholders in the anti-human trafficking movement.
From humbling awards Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, to multiple national media appearances, changing legislations, and TEDx Talks, making money with a purpose to positively impact lives and leading people to create a legacy of significance is what Shae is committed to.
When Shae is not in Toronto, you will find her living on the ocean amongst nature in Costa Rica.
