I began my spiritual journey in 1992 when I encountered a rare, ancient Chinese medicine wisdom tradition. It was my first exposure to spirituality. This was to begin a lifelong journey to first learn the system and bring it alive within me and then to share the profound wisdom and tools with people everywhere. Receptive individuals who were aware of themselves as more than these physical bodies. And who were dedicated to expanding and becoming their biggest, most authentic selves.

My recent, deep immersion into a mastermind mindset/manifestation group gave me many gifts to help me further expand myself and to complement my spiritual journey.

Learning the Western mysteries and reading essays and books from various visionaries provided me a deep dive into principles such as the Law of Attraction, and The Law of Assumption. A truly profound experience.

Yet, as new and exciting and valuable as this was, I found myself constantly missing certain key distinctions provided by my Chinese system and tradition.

With emphasis on the mind, thoughts and spirit, I quickly realized I had a valuable complement for folks on the mindset/manifestation/mindfulness paths: tools and a science to access the body as a transformational vehicle. The system and science passed down by female masters provides both a physical, mind-body, experience as well as a complete science that differentiates masculine and feminine and men and women’s differences. And a complete blueprint of the human being that is laid out within the human body. Body Soul Mind and Spirit.
