You walk in with ideas.
You leave knowing exactly what to do next.
An in-person space for early-stage founders
to talk things out, get clear, and move forward with a clear next step they trust in their business.
Join the Table
The Women's Table is for you if...
-
you’ve started something… but it doesn’t feel solid yet
-
you’re thinking about your business all the time
-
you’ve made decisions — and keep questioning them
-
you’re showing up, but not consistently
-
you know you’re capable of more, but something isn’t clicking
-
you’re ready to move forward, you just need the right space to do it
What happens at the table
You come in with what’s been on your mind.
You say it out loud.
And in that space, something shifts.
-
you hear yourself clearly
-
you see what’s actually been holding you back
-
you get real perspective
-
you connect with women in the same stage
And then:
you make a decision.
You leave the table knowing what to do next.
What you walk away from the table with
-
a clear next step you trust
-
a decision you’ve actually made
-
perspective you didn’t have before
-
connection with women who get it
This is where things start to move.
How the table works
The Women’s Table is an in-person experience.
We meet twice a month.
You come to the table with what’s been on your mind.
You talk it out, get clear, and decide your next step.
You can come once, or come back as often as you need.
Over the last year and a half, I’ve been sitting at Tracey’s table.
At first, I came simply wanting connection. I had just moved to a new city and was craving spaces where I could meet women who felt aligned, open, and real. That’s what led me there. What kept me coming back was Tracey herself, her presence, her depth, the way she holds a room with both softness and strength. There’s a steadiness to her guidance that makes you feel safe to show up exactly as you are, while also quietly (or sometimes loudly) calling you forward.
Every time I sit at that table, something shifts. I feel seen. Celebrated. Gently encouraged to expand. There’s a kind of honesty in the room that invites you to drop your guard and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. Conversations don’t stay at the surface, they move into the places that matter.
Being surrounded by women who are building, growing, questioning, and dreaming alongside one another has been incredibly energizing. There’s something powerful about witnessing each other in that process, especially with Tracey guiding the space so intentionally. It has supported me in going deeper in my own business, but even more than that, it has created a sense of connection and momentum that stays with you long after you leave the room.
